Thank You Letter
A good solid “Thank You” letter e-mailed (and mailed) to an employer following an interview is very professional and could make the difference in having the opportunity to work for the company of your choice. The sample below is just a guide to help get you started. You should include any pertinent information that would make you stand out from others who have been interviewed. The issues that [Name] (the production manager) and I discussed on the plant tour as his major concerns are very similar to the concerns I have successfully managed in the [Industry] industry. I feel certain that I could do the same at [Company Name].
